Scope of Services

True Blue Management Services LLC provides professional bookkeeping services only. We are not Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and do not offer tax preparation, auditing, legal, or financial advisory services.

You acknowledge and agree that our services are strictly limited to bookkeeping-related tasks, which may include:

  • Recording financial transactions
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Preparing financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements)
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver accurate and timely bookkeeping services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate financial information
  • Respond to requests for clarification or documentation in a timely manner
  • Review reports and notify us promptly of any discrepancies
  • Retain all original documents for tax/legal purposes

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the accuracy of your records and the services provided.

Payments & Fees

Payment terms are outlined in your engagement agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Florida law
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel services at any time with 30 days written notice. We may also terminate services with the same notice, or immediately in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse of our services

Upon termination, we will provide final reports or documents up to the date of cancellation, and you remain responsible for all outstanding fees.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the original text, graphics, logos, and other materials created by True Blue Management Services LLC, is the intellectual property of True Blue Management Services, LLC and is protected by copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property laws.

This website is built using a template provided by DreamHost and/or WordPress.  While the underlying template and some of its elements may be the intellectual property of DreamHost  and/or WordPress or its licensors, True Blue Management Services, LLC maintains intellectual property rights over the original content added to and generated within this website.
